WIW 11.8.13 - Cozy Outfit

I was traumatized yesterday by our rainy and windy weather. My son's soccer practice was cancelled - which NEVER happens here for a little rain. Today, I decided to bundle up--and guess what, it's sunny and nice out, if a little chilly. Go figure, lol.

I could not resist this blouse. It was love at first sight. Unfortunately, it doesn't go with any of the bottoms in my closet. I will be shopping to remedy this :) I think I would have preferred bootcuts in a lighter wash for this outfit.

Sweater - handknit by me
Blouse - Willi Smith from TJ Maxx
Jeans - AE
Shoes - Born

I like it with the dark jeans. And I love how you pounced because you loved it!

Pretty printed top.  I like it paired with dark bottoms.  The dark ties intot he dark background on the top.

Omg, the green and rust is FANTASTIC (and the little brown shoes ;>). That's the way to do a small floral.

I think the dark blue jeans are a fabulous anchor for the printed top and that red/orange sweater is delicious!

I love the top, and I think the dark jeans looks very nice with it.

I am glad you pounced ont he top! I find myself being very logical about clothes rather than letting the emotional side through. There is something enchanting about wearing a piece you just love for the sake of it rather than figure flattery, etc.

Your blouse goes perfectly with your sweater, and I think it works well with the dark jeans, too.
Being bundled up and cozy is SO appealing after getting chilled on a rainy cold day.

Splendid cozy and casual look. Love that top -- terrific print! I think it works very well with the dark wash jeans.

I really like this on you. Dark jeans totally work.
ETA I think dark wash are more work appropriate.

You actually have the PERF pant for this blouse, the ones you are wearing! I don't know what else you could do on the bottom, unless you swapped out the sweater and lets not do that because its HANDMADE and gorgeous! You should be so proud of yourself, holy cow.
